Whenever we arrange to visit you, we will make our best endeavors to turn up at the time agreed. If due to unforeseen circumstance we find that we are delayed, we will ring you to advise you of the delay. Currently we can arrange appointments at short notice and usually within a week. You can trust us to treat your environment with respect as we would treat our own home. If we have to drill holes at your premises we will vacuum the dust up as we drill and we also use clear sealant to weatherproof the outside of any holes drilled.
