Other Information.
Whenever I arrange to visit you, I will make my best endeavours to turn up at the time agreed. If due to unforeseen circumstance I find I am delayed, I will ring you to advise you of that fact and agree a new ETA.   Currently I can arrange appointments at short notice and usually within a week.

If I have to drill holes at your premises I will use a dustsheet where possible and certainly vacuum up afterwards.
I also use clear sealant to weatherproof the outside of any holes drilled.

I am now registered in the York City Council 'Home Services Directory' which is a resource of local trades people.   All the trades people that feature in it have had County Court Judgement checks and Police Criminal Record checks performed to ensure their integrity.   All trades people registered with the HSD carry a photo ID card.
